Eastern Motorcycles CRM Privacy Policy

Eastern Motorcycles Pty Ltd uses the Eastern Motorcycles CRM to manage customer, motorcycle, workshop and invoice records for our business operations.

Google Drive access
The CRM requests read-only access to the Eastern Motorcycles Google Drive account. This access is used only to locate, read and import business invoice PDF files into the private CRM. The CRM does not modify or delete files in Google Drive.

Data use and sharing
Google user data is used only to operate the invoice-import and backup-check functions requested by Eastern Motorcycles. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not share Google user data with third parties except service providers required to operate and secure the business systems, or where required by law.

Storage and security
Imported invoice information and authentication tokens are stored in access-controlled business systems. Access is limited to authorised Eastern Motorcycles staff. We use reasonable safeguards, backups and access controls to protect this information.

Retention and deletion
Business invoice records are retained as reasonably required for operational, accounting, legal and dispute-resolution purposes. Google access can be revoked at any time through the Google Account security settings. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion can be sent to the contact below, subject to legal record-retention requirements.
